Ridout Roofing Company was founded by Walter Ridout, who built the company from the ground up. He passed his knowledge of roofing craftsmanship to his son, Walter Ridout, who passed the high quality workmanship and standards on to his son, Alfred. In keeping with family tradition and adding many quality standards of his own to the company, Alfred Ridout then passed the family business to his son, Steven G. Ridout, who continues to offer his roofing customers the most beautiful roofs available, with master craftsmanship and unsurpassed safety standards.

Fourth generation to own and operate Ridout Roofing, Steve has worked all aspects of the company, from Roofing to Estimating to being the company's President.

Superintendent - Shake & Composition Shingle Division: Victor Danielli, Jr.
Terry, John and Victor have been with Ridout Roofing each over 25 years and have worked their way up the ranks from apprentices to journeyman applicators and management. We know that their knowledge and experience will gain the confidence of all of our customers.
Superintendent - Tile Division: Larry Cortez
Larry has been with Ridout Roofing since 1994 and has also worked his way up from the field to his current position

Accounting Manager: Lois Riley
Melody and Lois joined Ridout Roofing in 1997 and enjoy meeting and working with the customers. Both are available everyday to answer your customer service needs.Reception: Kris Diaz

Our Principles of Success:
Quality - is our first concern. We have our own in-house inspector to inspect every tile roof during construction and to certify it upon completion.
Safety - Safety is no accident! We work at it daily. Builders and homeowners can take comfort in the fact that their property is protected with our full line of insurance coverage.
Workmanship - Old techniques, methods and high standards of workmanship have been handed down from journeyman to apprentice within our organization for four generations. We hire only the best qualified men and provide the finest training and supervision in the industry.
Professionalism - Ridout Roofing is one of the few roofing companies who apply imported slate roofs with the same efficiency and professionalism as our other roofs, using the same hand techniques necessary to apply them accurately. Also, being the oldest wood applicators in the state and maybe in the country, we have developed unique methods to complete a job with total professionalism. An example is rolling off old shake roofing, which limits the amount of debris and might infiltrate the attic, grounds, and air.
Equipment - Even though we use hand application methods and tools that have been used for over 150 years, we also have all of the most up-to-date and reliable equipment available in the industry today. This ensures the customer the quickest and most accurate job possible.Attitude - We believe the overriding reason for our success is the attitude that runs throughout the company attitude that runs throughout the company that simply says, "we will do whatever it takes to do the best job". That includes working with complete professionalism, under very safe conditions, with the best people and equipment in the business. We also buy the highest quality products from the finest companies in the industry.
Insurance - Ridout Roofing protects its customers by carrying a full line of insurance. While it is not required to carry liability insurance, it doesn't make sense not to. Ridout Roofing will gladly supply our customers with a Certificate of Insurance.
